A friend who knows Cliff and was aware of his ability to help people with life controlling issues referred me to him. At first I wasn’t sure that what Cliff was asking me to do had any relevance to my issues. However, he said just do it and you will see it all come together. I eventually realized that each task was a piece of a bigger puzzle that ultimately when they were all put together resulted in my personal freedom.

Life Transformation Coaching

Life Transformation Coaching (which includes various transitions one may face) is a personal adventure that with guided direction brings you face to face with an increased balance in your life. It is a time for you to invest in yourself and embrace a journey that will strengthen you to live with a greater sense of purpose. The process enables and equips you to be more intentional about who you are and what you ultimately will accomplish. The process empowers you to transform limiting beliefs into positive fuel for maximum results in overcoming challenges and reaching goals.

The Process

We have structured our programs in such a way that it helps our clients understand the process, steps and strategies in such a way that is simple and easy to comprehend and implement.

    Stage 1: Preparation & Take off

    The purpose of this stage is to create a clear picture of the current situation and your opportunities, strengths, barriers and challenges. (Average length of phase: 1-3 sessions).

    Steps of Stage 1:


    • You will provide foundational information regarding the transformation/transition you are facing.You will identify your Top Four needs and values using an assessment tool provided by your coach. These needs and values will be respected and upheld throughout the coaching process.
    • You will establish the initial goals and desires you have for yourself during this stage of transformation/transition coaching.


    Stage 2: Climbing

    The purpose of this stage is to create a vision, develop a strategy and begin its implementation. (Average length of phase: 1-6 months).

    Steps of Stage 2:

    • With your coach, You will explore different options for your future success. 
    • You will work with your coach to create a vision and a mission statement for your future success.
    • You will identify specific tasks and develop a long-term and short-term plan for the achievement of your vision.

    Stage 3: Cruising Attitude

    The purpose of this stage is to maintain the strategies you created in Stage 2. (Average length of phase: 1-6+ months). Steps of Stage 3:

    • You will plan and set tasks to accomplish between coaching sessions.
    • You will identify successes and victories related to your vision for yourself.
    • You will plan for obstacles and barriers.You will make informed decisions regarding what is best for you.

  • You will commit to engage in the process and keep appointments either by phone, Skype, Zoom calls or in person.

  • You will commit to setting weekly goals with your coach.

  • You will commit to reporting weekly progress and challenges.
