MAXIMUM IMPACT LB LLC
Effective July 31, 2026
in short
We collect only what you give us (like your name and email) and basic site data, we use it to respond to you and share what you asked for, we don't sell it, and you can opt out or ask us to delete it anytime.
This Privacy Policy explains how Maximum Impact LB LLC ("Maximum Impact," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit or interact with our websites maximumimpactlb.com and cliffwilt.com (together, the "Sites") and our related services, including our assessments, forms, bookings, and communications (the "Services").
By using the Sites, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
We collect information you provide directly, such as when you fill out a form, take a quiz or assessment, request information, book a call, subscribe to emails, register for a program or event, or make a purchase. This may include your name, email address, phone number, organization, the responses you give in our assessments, and any message you send us.
When you visit the Sites, we and our providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Sites. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
If you purchase a product or service, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide the Services you request;
• Deliver your assessment or quiz results and related follow-up guidance;
• Schedule and manage calls, sessions, programs, and events;
• Send you emails, newsletters, and updates you have opted into;
• Process purchases and provide customer support;
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Sites and Services;
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Our Sites may offer assessments and quizzes (for example, our leadership and personal-growth assessments). The answers you submit are used to generate your result and to send you related follow-up content by email. These assessments are provided for personal development and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional, medical, or psychological advice.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:
• Service providers that help us operate the Sites and Services — for example, our website and CRM platform, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, and payment processors — who may access information only to perform work on our behalf;
• Legal and safety recipients, if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public;
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
The Sites use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Sites working, remember your preferences, and understand how the Sites are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Sites function. We may use analytics tools to measure traffic and improve the Sites.
If you opt in, we may send you marketing and informational emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us at [email protected]. We may still send you non-promotional messages related to a purchase, booking, or request.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights below. To exercise any of them, contact us at [[email protected]]. We will verify your request (which may require confirming your identity) and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to request a copy of it; to request correction or deletion; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. You also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
If you are a resident of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, or another state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information; to access, correct, or delete it; to obtain a portable copy; and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and certain profiling. Where the law provides, you may also appeal a decision we make about your request by contacting us at the address above.
If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to: access your personal data; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to our processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
Our legal bases for processing. We process your personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so, namely: your consent (for example, to send you marketing emails, which you can withdraw anytime); to perform a contract with you or take steps at your request (for example, to deliver a Service, booking, or purchase you asked for); our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our Sites and Services in a way that does not override your rights; and to comply with our legal obligations.
Our Sites and Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from outside the U.S., including from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers. By using the Sites, you understand your information will be processed in the U.S.

We do not knowingly collect, use, or store personal information from children under the age of 13, consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Children under 13 should not submit any personal information through the Sites, including through our quizzes, forms, or sign-ups. We do not condition a child's participation in any activity on disclosing more information than is reasonably necessary.
Individuals between 14 and 17 years old may use our assessments and forms only with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian. We encourage parents and guardians to participate in and supervise their child's use of the Sites and Services.
For our youth initiatives and programs (which may serve participants under 14), any registration and personal information is provided and consented to by a parent, guardian, teacher, or authorized program leader — it is never collected directly from a child through the Sites. Information about minor participants is used solely to operate the program and is not used for marketing to the child.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us personal information, or you would like to review, correct, or delete information relating to your child, or withdraw consent, please contact us at [email protected]. After we verify your request, we will promptly delete the information and stop any further collection, unless we are legally required to retain it.
The Sites may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above. Your continued use of the Sites after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
